Hot Comps Ltd ("we", "us") operates Hot Comps Darts Predictor at darts.hotcomps.com and on the iOS app. We're a UK-registered company. Contact: admin@hotcomps.com.

• Email address (for sign-in via magic link).
• Username you choose (visible to other players).
• Whether you confirmed you're 18+ and a UK resident.
• Your match predictions and prediction history.
• Private league memberships, league names you create, Head-to-Head challenges you issue or accept, and emoji reactions you place on league mates' picks (visible to members of the same league).
• Push notification token (only if you opt in to push) — held by OneSignal so we can deliver reminders and engagement nudges. You can revoke at any time from Settings or your device settings.
• Anonymous IP fingerprint (fraud prevention; hashed at rest).
• Marketing email opt-in preference (you control this in Settings).

• Running the game (showing your predictions, scoring them, building leaderboards and league standings).
• Surfacing the social layer — H2H challenges, league activity, reactions.
• Issuing site-credit coupons to you when you redeem.
• Anti-fraud checks on signup and referral.
• Delivering push notifications (only if you opted in).
• Sending you marketing email (only if you opted in — turn off any time in Settings).

• Supabase — auth + database hosting (EU region).
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Statorium — darts schedule + result feed (no user data shared).
• Resend — transactional email (when you redeem credit).
• WooCommerce on hotcomps.com — coupon issuance.
• Sentry — error monitoring (no personally-identifying request bodies).
• OneSignal — push notification delivery (web + iOS APNs). Only activated when you opt in; processes a device token and the notification payload.
• Apple — when using the iOS app, standard App Store / APNs metadata (no extra data sharing beyond what Apple requires for distribution and push).
• Upstash Redis — short-lived rate-limit + cooldown keys; no profile data persisted.

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for sign-in and session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or object to processing. Email admin@hotcomps.com. You can also delete your account directly from Settings.

We keep account data while the account is active. Soft-deleted accounts (via the Delete Account button) keep prediction history for leaderboard integrity but you stop appearing publicly. Push tokens are revoked from OneSignal at the same time.
